How do I raise a problem or complaint?

We hope that you’ll have a great time scouting at 1st Beckermet & St Bees Scout Group and that it’s a positive experience from day one.  However, we appreciate that despite our best efforts there may be issues or concerns. 

In the first instance you should speak to one of your leaders so we can try to sort the problem out quickly and informally.

If you don’t feel able to discuss the issue with one of the section leaders, or you wish to raise a formal complaint, then please contact to our Group Scout Leader, Brian Goulding
